Toyah joined the Realestate 88 family in 2021 in the exciting role as our Leasing Manager.
Having worked in high-end corporate agencies for the past 5 years, Toyah’s start in the industry was in Office Administration, due to her hard work and determination Toyah excelled in this position and was promoted to Property Manager. As much as Toyah loved the connection property management offered her real passion was in leasing, which she has been in for the past 4 years.
Toyah’s passion is in securing valuable relationship with our landlords, achieving great outcomes whilst continually striving to achieve the very best result which shows in her dedication, determination, and knowledge of the Perth Property market. Understanding the value of honest relationships, integrity, and trust not only with our clients but also her peers is what makes Toyah a true asset to Realestate 88.
Not only does Toyah bring with her a wealth of knowledge and accreditation she also provides a quality of service that our valued clients have come to expect. Toyah is passionate about providing strategic marketing campaigns, weekly feedback, and statistical reporting, resulting in securing the very best outcome for our owners.
Toyah works closely with our Asset Managers and Sales Executives to ensure their clients have an exceptional experience from purchasing a new investment, right through to securing a corporate tenant whilst ensuring they receive the same level of service throughout. Nothing is too hard for Toyah, who always goes above and beyond to provide a smooth, stress-free transition for our clients.
With exceptional communicative skills and a strong focus on the client experiences, Toyah’s results speak for themselves. Being passionate about building strong relationships with fellow colleagues and clients, leads to property owners, tenants and her peers receiving honesty and transparency in all areas of her role.
Toyah’s background has seen her work in varied roles from hospitality, to studying criminology and sociology at University where she received a first-class honours degree, as well as experience working alongside the police, making her very adaptable and a fantastic communicator.
